Black Spikes — artist information
Black Spikes hit the stage like a jagged tremor, layering intricate, mathematical fretwork over a foundation of absolute sonic wreckage. The interplay between sprawling progressive passages and sudden, bone-crushing metalcore breakdowns turns the floor into a claustrophobic pressure cooker. In the dimly lit London venues they frequent, the wall of sound is so dense it feels tactile, vibrating through the ribcage of everyone pressed against the barricade. It’s a precision-engineered assault that thrives on controlled chaos, leaving the audience breathless as the rhythms snap and reassemble in real time.
Genres: progressive metal, metalcore.
