Contact Gigvault
Have questions, feedback, or a partnership idea? We'd love to hear from you. Gigvault is run by one person, so messages land with someone who can actually do something about them — and every single one gets read.
Send us a message using the contact form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. You can also write directly to [email protected].
What to write about
Something is wrong in the data. A concert with the wrong venue, a missing support act, a festival line-up that doesn't match what actually happened, two entries for the same band. These are the most useful messages we get, because one correction fixes the page for everyone who was at that show. Tell us the URL and what's wrong — that's enough.
Something is broken. A page that won't load, an import that stops halfway, a photo that won't upload. If you can, mention which device and browser, and what you were doing right before — it usually cuts the search in half.
You're missing a feature. A good part of what Gigvault does now started as an email from someone who wanted it. Band-by-band festival tracking is the clearest example.
Press, partnerships or an interview. Also here — say what you need and by when.
Where a different page answers faster
Some questions already have a written answer, and it will be quicker than waiting for a reply:
- How something works, what's free, how to import: the FAQ and the step-by-step guide.
- What Pro and Photographer Pro cost and include: pricing.
- Verifying a venue or festival page, line-up data, promotion: Gigvault for venues and promoters.
- Photo credits and Photographer Pro: the photographers page.
- What we store and who can see it: the privacy policy.
What happens to your data
Messages are used to answer your message. They aren't added to a marketing list, and nothing is sold on — Gigvault has no advertising and no investors, which is exactly why that's a promise we can keep. Details are in the privacy policy.
