Down — artist information
Down doesn't just play music; they conjure a swampy, bourbon-soaked sonic inferno. Their sound is a titanic, sludgy beast, weighty riffs crushing down like humid air before a storm, punctuated by a primal, wailing venom. The crowd becomes a single, heaving entity, a pit of moshing devotion to the riff gods, enveloped in a haze of pure, unadulterated heavy metal catharsis. It's a ritualistic descent into the bluesy, crushing heart of the South, delivered with a raw, guttural power that sears itself into your very being.
Genres: stoner metal, southern metal, stoner rock, heavy metal.
