Fairport — artist information
The stage transforms into a vessel for ancient, kinetic melodies that hum with the grit of worn floorboards and electrified history. Their sound is a seamless tangle of driving, percussive acoustic strings and soaring, defiant arrangements that seem to pull the very air of the room into a rhythmic swirl. In the dimly lit corners of northern halls, the music resonates as a visceral dialogue between rustic tradition and high-voltage urgency. You feel the floorboards rattle under the stomp of an audience lost in a timeless, communal trance.
