Holding Absence — artist information

The air at a Holding Absence show hangs heavy with the electric tension of a thousand raw nerves being laid bare. Their sound surges like a breaking wave, oscillating between fragile, melancholic piano-led introspection and the crushing, cathartic roar of post-hardcore dissonance. In the pit, the atmosphere is devotional; fans lean into the wall of sound as if seeking shelter within the lyrics. Every performance feels like a collective exorcism, where the line between the stage and the floor dissolves into a single, breathless pulse of kinetic energy.

Genres: post-hardcore, alternative rock, melodic hardcore, emo.
