The Monkeywrench — artist information
The Monkeywrench hits the stage like a demolition crew in a velvet-lined room, tearing through layers of raw, jagged noise that feel both dangerously unhinged and surgically precise. Their sound is a churning, multi-textured maelstrom—one moment a bruising wall of distortion, the next a feverish, rhythmic sprawl that forces the floorboards to surrender. In the pit, the air grows thick with sweat and frantic electricity as the music refuses to sit still, constantly shifting its weight. It is a gloriously abrasive collision of chaos that demands complete physical submission from the audience.
