The Paperboys — artist information
A live set from The Paperboys feels like a frantic, high-octane barn dance colliding with a wall of rock and roll distortion. The air grows thick with the frantic sawing of fiddles and the rhythmic thump of a driving, percussive backbone that demands movement. It is a seamless fusion where Celtic melodies are stripped of their pastoral calm and injected with a rebellious, pulsating intensity. Watching them is a sweaty, communal experience, pulling the entire room into a whirlpool of acoustic grit and electric euphoria.
