TONFEST — Festival information
Within the industrial shell of the Lindenbrauerei, TONFEST has carved out a visceral sanctuary for the heavy music underground in Unna. The stage acts as a pressure cooker where the raw, jagged intensity of acts like Enemy Inside and Light the Blind collides with an audience that prizes proximity over spectacle. Every edition transforms this historic brewery space into a frantic ecosystem of blast beats and melodic grit, proving that you don’t need a massive festival sprawl to cultivate a genuine subculture. It is a rare, concentrated experience where the distance between the performer’s sweat and the front row vanishes entirely. For those who find their rhythm in the collision of metalcore and post-hardcore, TONFEST stands as the region’s most vital, high-decibel anchor.
