Pricing — free forever, Pro for $2.99 a month

Gigvault costs nothing to use. Tracking concerts, building your history and getting your Concert Wrapped are free for life, with no credit card and no trial that quietly ends. Pro exists for people who want more depth and more storage — not to unlock the basics.

Paying yearly

Pro is also available as a yearly plan at $29.99. Twelve monthly payments would be $35.88, so paying yearly saves 16 percent. The features are identical either way — the yearly plan is a discount for paying up front, not a different product.

There is also Photographer Pro at $4.99 a month for people who shoot shows: it adds the tools for publishing concert photography on the venue and artist pages.

Why the free plan stays free

The part of Gigvault that most people use — logging concerts, building a history, seeing your Concert Wrapped — costs nothing and is not on a timer. There is no trial that quietly ends and no feature that disappears after a month.

That is possible because the free plan is not subsidised by advertising or by selling data. It is subsidised by the people on Pro. If you never upgrade, you still get the full concert diary; you just get it without the deeper statistics, the monthly Wrapped, video uploads and Concert Groups.

What each plan includes

PlanPriceWhat you get
Free $0 forever Unlimited concerts, full concert history, yearly Concert Wrapped, photo uploads, festival tracking, setlists, the social hub. No credit card.
Pro $2.99 / month Everything in Free, plus advanced stats, monthly Concert Wrapped instead of yearly, video uploads up to 5 minutes, Concert Groups for planning shows with friends, and priority support.

What stays free, permanently

The parts most people come for cost nothing and will keep costing nothing: logging every show you attend, seeing your full concert history, your Concert Wrapped once a year, uploading photos, tracking festival sets band by band, and reading setlists. There is no cap on how many concerts you can log.

Frequently asked

Is Gigvault really free?

Yes. The free plan has no time limit, no concert limit and needs no payment details. Pro is optional and adds depth, it does not unlock the core diary.

What does Pro add that Free does not have?

Advanced statistics, a monthly Concert Wrapped instead of once a year, video uploads up to five minutes, Concert Groups for planning shows with friends, and priority support.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from your settings, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Your concert history stays yours either way — downgrading never deletes a show you logged.

Do you show ads or sell my data?

No. Gigvault has no ads and sells no data. Pro subscriptions are how it is funded.

Is Photographer Pro included in Pro?

No, it is a separate $4.99/month plan aimed at photographers who want a public credit on the concert pages they shoot.
