Self Help — Festival information

Self Help isn't just a festival; it's a mosh pit of collective catharsis, a siren call for the scene kids and a haven for those who found solace in distorted guitars and raw vulnerability. Born from the minds behind A Day To Remember, it's a carefully curated explosion of post-hardcore, metalcore, and emo, where every breakdown hits harder and every singalong feels like a shared confession. You'll find yourself amidst a sea of black shirts and dyed hair, sweat-soaked and screaming along to bands like Pierce the Veil and Falling In Reverse, embracing the beautiful chaos that defines this enduring subculture. It’s more than just music; it's a testament to the enduring power of a community built on shared angst and triumphant riffs, echoing the anthems of a generation who found their voice in the roar.
